It is extremely functional for performing all activities of the operator such as: CheckIn guest or group, CheckOut guest or group, providing information to guests and departments, creating a confirmation of registration with integrated payment insurance, collecting guest consent via mobile application. The software solution automatically integrates the results of other departments, such as room status, permission to use certain services, automatic debiting of guest accounts, and others. If we add to this the possibility of scanning personal documents of guests at Check-in and direct connection of all external systems (PAY / Interactive TV, Intelligent room, PBX, One card system, Garage, eVisitor). The system guarantees maximum ease of use and business efficiency. Also, the program content of this module supports the activities of the back office on issuing transaction invoices, monitoring journals and results of automatic transactions according to financial operations, monitoring reports in terms of business control and all reporting needs in the facility (hotel, hostel, camp, marina) , as well as towards clients and institutions.
    Also, in addition to operational functions, the software solution ensures proper filling of DW, as a basis for efficient implementation of Business Intelligence module that expands a series of reports and reviews that are part of this solution, unlimited ad hoc analysis of business results. In addition to the above, we note that the system also supports business operations that in tax terms allow the application of a special taxation procedure (margin procedure).
