DIVENTA Loyalty module is part of the PMS module designed as a system for monitoring and analyzing customer loyalty. It is a marketing strategy designed to maintain the trust of guests, but also to raise the level and scope of services offered by the business entity. The module enables clients through their consumption of the services of the users of this module, the collection of reward points, and the possibility of replacing them with a certain type of reward.

This module pays special attention to data on the types of membership, the method of collecting award points, categories of awards and the manner of their award, as well as a number of other data equally important for its functioning. It should be emphasized that this module is connected to the DIVENTA CRM module, which makes all users of the Loyalty system also members of the CRM module. In this way, it is possible to send newsletters to members of the Loyalty system, which wants to keep existing customers and raise the level of their service and business results. Thanks to its connection with the CRM module, DIVENTA Loyalty enables monitoring of customers and their habits. Simple and intuitive interface guarantees the ease of realization of all business functions of the users of this module.

    Of course, this module is also characterized by the connection with the DIVENTA PMS module, which, among other things, offers the opportunity to close an account, retrieve a Loyalty member and use rewards, for example to exchange points for an amount or a discount. The same working principle can be applied to passing guests or guests who want to use the points of another Loyalty member. Of course, the result of all guest activities, based on the use of this module, is automatically updated and visible in all relevant places of the DIVENTA information system.

    In order to better adapt the review and report functions to the needs of users, it is designed on the principle of Business Intelligence concept, in order to use drag and drop technology to enable easy creation of reviews according to personal preferences and according to current needs.
